Pricing
Labor Rate and Diagnostic Fees
Labor Rate and Diagnostic Fees: Our labor rate is $130 per hour plus tax and shop supplies.
- Labor time estimates are based on industry standard flat rate manual operation times whenever available, otherwise labor is estimated at straight time in increments of .25 hours.
Service Call Fee: $130 + tax and shop supplies
- Our standard service call fee is $130. This flat fee includes travel to and from the customer location within 30 miles of our company address in Liberty Lake, WA located at 23505 E Appleway Ave plus multi-point vehicle inspection or up to one hour of diagnostic time. Approximately 90% of vehicle problems can be diagnosed within 1 hour. If additional diagnostic time is required, an updated quote will be provided to the customer for approval before proceeding. If customer’s location is greater than 30 miles from our company address in Liberty Lake, WA, an additional $2.00 per mile will be added.
- After vehicle inspection or diagnosis is complete, a full repair estimate will be created and provided to the customer for approval including price of parts, labor, and applicable taxes as well as part availability and estimated time to complete the job.

The Multi-point Vehicle Inspection is conducted by our expert mobile mechanics and the resulting vehicle inspection report provides customers a comprehensive overview of overall vehicle condition, individual vehicle system state of health, and needed/recommended car repair and maintenance services.

Technical consultations are provided by our expert technicians and automotive professionals for new/used vehicle purchases, DIY repairs, and difficult to diagnose issues/repeat repairs.
