Meet Jim Wiberg

Jim's passion for automobiles began long before his professional career. Growing up, he spent countless hours in his family's garage building go-carts, repairing small engines, and learning alongside his father. That curiosity eventually became a lifelong commitment to understanding how vehicles work—and how to repair them correctly.
After beginning his career as a dealership technician, Jim spent more than two decades building experience across the automotive industry, including leadership roles in dealership operations, military vehicle maintenance, and engineering support for two of the world's largest automotive manufacturers.
During his 11 years with Toyota Motor North America, Jim supported dealerships and engineering teams in vehicle quality, diagnostics, and product investigations. That experience shaped the philosophy behind AutoXpert Garage: accurate diagnosis first, quality repairs second, and never replacing parts unless they are truly needed.
